This quayside house right next to De Hef on Noordereiland is by architect Paul Lageschaar.
It's a striking building, partly because each floor widens and a window is added to the side facade. This was done because the lot the house is on is relatively small. From the green roof terrace, you have a stunning view of the city and the monumental bridge. Plantings like rosemary willow, dune rose, bamboo, and dune grass create a green oasis where you can relax.
