The 16 floors of this former Shell office have been renovated into an upcycled work environment where work, social interaction, culture, and social entrepreneurship converge. A total of 15.000 m² of office space has been renovated. The ground floor houses social enterprises Social Coffee Company SOCOCO and The Swap Shop.
The building will be redeveloped in the future by asr real estate, and until then, the upcycling philosophy will be given free rein. This is reflected, among other things, in the colorful interior, which consists of upcycled furniture, and the programming.
On the 11th floor you will find a very special roof with a spectacular catwalk on the outside of the building.
