Atop this roof is a unique feature: a work terrace specifically for employees of the companies located in this building. Designed by TomDavid Architects, who were also previously based here.
The building was built in 1953 next to Café Dudok, overlooking Grotekerkplein. A suitable use for the roof was sought for a long time. Following earlier plans for a hotel, this work terrace was realized with the help of Manhave Vastgoed. The workstations are mobile and flexible, with options for shelter from the sun and wind.
