At Portlantis, the new experience center of the Port of Rotterdam, everything about the harbour comes together in one impressive journey. This brand-new building, located between beach and dunes, was designed by MVRDV.
You can reach the panoramic rooftop via two striking red staircases on the sides of the building. Each floor has viewing platforms offering 360-degree views. This route to the top is free to access.
