A future for Hart010

The transformation of everything around this intersection has been given the name Hart010. This extensive project consists of three parts, each with a different schedule. On the site of the office complex the Blaker must the Westblaak Tower Not just a residential or work building, but a 'vertical city' where you can live (400 homes), experience culture, work and go to school. Coolse Poort (the aubergine-colored building) is being renovated. The metro station is also due for renovation. More than 3000 Rotterdam residents submitted their requests in 2024 (such as wider platforms and more elevators), and the municipality is now conducting a preliminary study.
