This extensive lunch consists of a freshly baked pizzette from the Vegan Pizza Bar, a warm freshly baked stroopwafel from Stroop Rotterdam, and an elderflower lemonade from Grounded Coffee. The lunch costs €15 per person.

The Vegan Pizza Bar

The Vegan Pizza Bar has been baking excellent pizzas that are 100% plant-based since 2020. They do this with a determined and passionate team and their own developed pizza cheese recipe, which makes the pizzas unique and distinctive.

• Pizzette Margherita – Smaller pizza from the stone oven with tomato sauce, homemade pizza cheese, and fresh basil.     
• Pizzette Oh No, Pesto! – Margherita with basil pesto and shaved homemade vegan Parmesan.                                              
• Pizzette Trufflelicious – Smaller stone oven pizza with truffle béchamel sauce, roasted mushrooms, red onion chutney, fresh oregano, and arugula. 

Grounded Coffee

Like every good love story, it all started very small at Grounded Coffee. A sample roaster in the living room, neighbors who weren't always too happy, and friends who drank just a little too much coffee. Now, we roast with love every week in our micro-roastery in Rotterdam. We select only specialty coffee beans, carefully and ethically sourced. We roast slowly and lightly, so that every bean can shine. Because coffee is meant to be special — and we want to share that with everyone.

Stroop Rotterdam

Attention sweet tooths! Stroop Rotterdam hails from West Rotterdam, and you might know them from their former neighborhood hub on Mathenesserweg and the original Fenix ​​Food Factory (where FENIX is now located). This sociable club full of architects and festival lovers is coming together again especially and exclusively for the Dakendagen to bake. They are known for their large, freshly baked stroopwafels with unique flavors, such as sea salt, lemon, and of course, exciting new combinations that are not yet known!
