The 16 floors of this former Shell office have been renovated into an upcycled working environment where work, meetings, culture, and social entrepreneurship come together. A total of 15,000 m2 of office space has been refurbished. On the ground floor, you’ll find social enterprises Social Coffee Company SOCOCO and The Swap Shop.
The property will be redeveloped in the future by a.s.r. real estate, and until then, the upcycling philosophy will be embraced. This is evident in the colorful interior, which consists of upcycled furniture and programming.
