This rooftop contains a special design: a work terrace, especially for employees of the companies located in this building. It is designed by TomDavid Architects, who were also previously located in this building.

The building was built in 1953 next to café Dudok, and has a beautiful view across Grotekerkplein, the square in front of Laurens church. It was a long search to find the perfect solution for the use of this rooftop. After earlier plans for a hotel, this work terrace was realised with the help of Manhave Vastgoed. The workplaces are mobile and can be used flexibly, with options for shelter from the sun and wind.
