De Groene Kaap has been a beloved part of our programme for years, thanks to its stunning rooftop landscape and views over the Maashaven. It’s no surprise the building won the Roof of the Year Award in 2021.
In this residential project in Katendrecht, city and nature come together. In addition to apartments and shops, rooftop gardens, courtyards, and walkways have been created. A green, spiraling route offers both visitors and residents a pleasant space to explore. The elevated walkway leads to a viewpoint with a unique perspective over the Maashaven.
