With a Rooftop Pass, you can visit all Open Rooftops on Saturday, 25 May from 11:00 to 17:00. On each rooftop, besides fantastic views, you’ll find a continuous festival programme. You create your own schedule and decide which rooftops you want to see. Prior to your visit, we’ll provide you with all the information you need for a delightful afternoon in the city.
Programme on the Rooftops
As the festival approaches, we’ll gradually reveal more of the programme that will take place on the Open Rooftops. Expect a combination of expo, art, music, food, drink and a festive atmosphere.
Exchanging your Rooftop Pass
Exchange the e-ticket for your Rooftop Pass for a physical pass at the beginning or prior to your visit. You’ll receive information via email about where and when you can do this.
Restrictions
Some rooftops have safety restrictions, such as a minimum age requirement. For some rooftops, it’s advised not to wear heels or to avoid visiting if you have a severe bee allergy. This information is always stated on the rooftop’s page.
Visiting with children
Some rooftops are not accessible to visitors under 15 or 12 years old. This is always specified on the page of the respective rooftop. An overview of all open rooftops can be found here. But don’t worry, on other rooftops, you’ll find plenty of programmes suitable for all ages. Children under the age of 5 do not need a Rooftop Pass. You can buy a Rooftop Pass for children between the ages of 5 and 12 for a discounted rate.
Accessibility
Some rooftops are wheelchair accessible, but for most rooftops, you’ll need to be able to manage some stairs. For visitors who only can or want to visit wheelchair-accessible rooftops, a special discounted ticket will be available starting from 23 April.
